Life at Computas
When we gather for professional updates, the social aspect is of course also in focus. We can also engage in activities and social highlights outside working hours, ranging from sports teams, choir, board games and and excursion groups. Some of us are quite fit (or trying to get there). Therefore we sign up teams for participation in the athletic event, offer courses in skiing, kayaking and running technique; and play football, squash and volleyball. Some value cultural experiences higher and join us when we go to the opera, see a stand-up show or learn to cook together. Sometimes we go to bed late, other times we fly to nice places over a weekend for our internal conferences and have fun together.
Computas <3 technology
In order to be close to the technological development, we have established 6 technical networks in Computas where you will have the opportunity to discuss, share and gain knowledge from others in areas that you are particularly interested in. As often as 4 times per year all employees gather for “The Computas Day” – our own internal conference with lectures, workshops and lightning speeches organized by the networks. At regular intervals we also gather for After Hours in afternoons / evenings with technical talks, dinner and fun.
In addition to internal events, we participate actively in courses and conferences and have great focus on certifications. Here, you will have the opportunity to further develop professionally and learn from others!
Good start as a new employee
A good start is worth its weight in gold! When starting work with us, all new employees take part in our introductory program where you meet many key persons in the company and get a proper introduction to company history, values, culture and focus areas. The program includes everything from practical matters to reflections on the role of a consultant, as well as an all day course on test-driven development.
