Atlassian Cloud Pricing Update: October 2024

Atlassian has announced that on October 16th 2024 they will update their Cloud pricing and also make some feature packaging updates to Jira Service Management. We have gathered the information you need to help you understand how this may impact your company and how you can prepare

Pricing updates – What’s changing?

Jira & Confluence

  • Standard (5%)
  • Premium (6 – 10%)
  • Enterprise (10%)

Jira Service Management

  • Standard, Premium, and Enterprise 1–250 users (8%)
  • Standard, Premium, and Enterprise 251+ (20%)

Atlassian Guard (formerly Access)

  • Standard 1-999 users (5%)
  • Standard 1000+ users (8%)

Compass

  • Standard (14%)

Bitbucket

  • Standard and Premium (10%)

Opsgenie

  • Essentials and Standard (5%)
  • Enterprise (10%)

This comes as a result of the heavy investments and features updates done within the Atlassian products in the past year. Additionally, Atlassian affirms its commitment to providing innovative and powerful tools to enhance visibility, consistency and productivity – all powered by an enterprise-grade cloud platform.
