Computas was established in 1985 as a subsidiary of Det Norske Veritas (now DNV GL). As the first company in Norway, we delivered systems based on applied artificial intelligence to Veritas and, also, to other clients in industry and public administration. This has been a sustainable foundation for the development and growth of the company and has gained renewed relevance through today’s focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud-based solutions. Today, we have nearly 350 employees and are 100 percent owned by our employees.
